Tracy Micklethwaite Contemporary Textile Artist

Contemporary textile artist, based in Hampshire.

I am a Masters graduate and Hampshire based Contemporary Textile and multi media artist with a background in teaching and commercial textile design.

Current art work consists of vibrant multi media collages using handmade papers and organic matter which is embellished  with machine and hand embroidery to represent the natural world in all its magnificent facets, colour, symmetry and pattern.

Each piece is unique and individual and in a range of sizes from A3 – AO. Work can be viewed at my studio at Artists Mortimer Hill, Mortimer Common RG7 3PW by appointment or Open Studio Events.
